Civil and Earthworks

SPLK has appointed local based company Fair Construction to undertake the civil and earthworks of the site. The objective is to construct a suitable platform for the construction and operation of a gas-fueled power plant. SPLK desires that the work carried out will be of high standard, using high-quality materials and that the work will be completed in the shortest practical time.
