KP1 Assets have been acquired by SPLK’s holding company SPM and the company will develop Concession #1 into a 50MW to Grid Power Plant.   The KP1 project was the initial pilot plant that proved the Methane Gas to Power concept on Lake Kivu. The KP1 Project is planned to commence construction in Q2 2021.
