Shema Power Lake Kivu Ltd is a Rwandese Independent Power Producer, who have signed a Power Purchase Agreement with EUCL and who will develop, construct, operate and maintain a 56MW Methane Gas to Power Generation plant in the Rubavu district of Rwanda.
